  • Free Shipping: On orders over CHF 150.–

  • Standard Shipping to EU: CHF 20.–

  • Express Shipping (Switzerland): CHF 12.– | Delivery within 2–3 business days

Returns/Exchanges

We do not issue refunds.

Legally, we are not obliged to offer returns or exchanges. However, as a small, independent business, we want to support our customers and therefore offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (subject to availability). Please review all size information carefully before placing your order to help us reduce unnecessary shipping and waste.

Exchange conditions

  • Exchange request must be made within 14 days after delivery

  • Shipping costs are at your own expense (return to us + reshipment, unless otherwise agreed)

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, clean, and with no signs of use

  • Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival

Meet Fery

Hi, I’m Fery! In three words: extroverted, ambitious, and yes, a little impatient. My favorite quote is, 'It's not the years in your life, it's the life in your years,' because I’m all about living fully and purposefully. My motto? 'I’d rather regret what I’ve done than what I left undone.'

Here, I’m responsible for the administrative side and driving our strategy forward—making sure every plan we put in place aligns with our bigger vision and gets us moving!

Meet Eda

Well, I asked a friend to describe me, she replied: "She’s compassionate, approachable, and dependable. With a warm heart and a natural ability to connect, Eda builds and nurtures relationships effortlessly. Always ready to support others, she’s there when you need her. Though she loves to socialize and is outwardly extroverted, she has a subtle shyness that makes her all the more endearing." I guess that's pretty much accurate.

Hi, I’m Su! I like to think I bring a little extra energy to the team. People say I have a pretty unique vibe—always up for a laugh and trying to keep things positive, though I admit I can be a bit of a pessimist now and then (I know, it’s a paradox!). But hey, it keeps things interesting! I love Members because it’s about connecting with people, bringing good energy, and making sure everyone feels valued.

What started as our passion became our purpose.
