We offer the following shipping and pickup options:

  • Standard Shipping (Switzerland): CHF 7.– | Delivery within 5–7 business days

  • Free Shipping: On orders over CHF 150.–

  • Standard Shipping to EU: CHF 20.–

  • Express Shipping (Switzerland): CHF 12.– | Delivery within 2–3 business days

  • Pickup (Free): Hallwylstrasse 27, 8004 Zurich

Returns / Exchanges

We do not issue refunds.

Legally, we are not obliged to offer returns or exchanges. However, as a small, independent business, we want to support our customers and therefore offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order (subject to availability). Please review all size information carefully before placing your order to help us reduce unnecessary shipping and waste.

Exchange conditions

  • Exchange request must be made within 14 days after delivery

  • Shipping costs are at your own expense (return to us + reshipment, unless otherwise agreed)

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, clean, and with no signs of use

  • Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival

Store credit

We do not refund payments to the original payment method.

If your return or exchange is approved, you will receive store credit only. The store credit can be used for a future purchase in our shop.
